Final thoughts on Obamacare.... The website is awesome and easy and I registered and navigated thru plan comparisons etc in a breeze.... Its totally user friendly and there are a lot of excellent coverage plans to choose from... BUT I think it definitely is better suited for those who need insurance or cant get it or are desperate for it....I found maybe one or two plans that were significantly cheaper than what my work is offering at $118 a check but they have double the deductible, same 30% coinsurance for most things, almost double the out of pocket maximums etc....Even the plans the have higher premiums than my job is offering does not really offer a lower deductible than what Ill get with my job... Plus with inconvenience of having to send payments off, not excited abt possible doctor choices thru it and with concerns about the possible kinks and problems any new programs usually have, Obamacare is out. Last thing Ill look into is an individual plan thru Blue Cross & Blue Shield that Ive been offered before and Ive heard some guys at work have....Odds are Ill settle on the Coventry open HMO plan is offering.... Its a good plan and so easy and convenient and safe and after doing some homework and asking around, the $118 a check aint so bad after all.... Its def been a learning experience....damn lol
