Final video, bird sitting on my foot resting away. Phone died during this vid and didnt have a chance to record what happened next but after I tried going inside little birdy followed me up my homes pathway right up to our back gate. Got him to sit up on a little hay stack in our yard and put a dish out with some water and a little food and made a nest out of hay. As I was kneeling next to the bird on the hay stack he hopped up onto my arm, then up onto my shoulder, and finally on TOP of my head... and then jumped/flew onto a branch in the tree next to me.. Where he is peacefully resting all shut eye and sleeping away, safe from neighborhood cats and predators.
