Finally! Finally! A diagnosis. It is costo chondritis. Inflammation of the cartilage that attaches the ribs to the breast bone. Still cant lay on my left side and in lot of pain today but getting started on meds. So hoping to start improving soon. It is some better than a week ago. It starts with arthritis in that area then I pulled a muscle there and it really acted up the inflammation , also having fibromyalgia does not help.. But very thankful finally know what it is and can move toward healing. Thanks to each and everyone for your prayers.
