Finally, I (Valerie) am back to teaching 5:30 classes today and tomorrow. I love seeing both my morning crew and my happy hour crew. Due to lots of things going on, I havent been there in the afternoons or Saturdays in quite a while. So glad to be back!! I want to thank my Max Out family for your kind words and prayers while my mom has been ill. Your prayers worked because she is on the road to recovery. Thanks also to my team of instructors for pulling more than their fair share to keep our gym running smoothly: Krystal, Lyndsey, Misty, Leigh Ann, Libby and Melissa!!! And special guest host instructors, Jeanna Beth & Jay!!
