Finally I can exhale and breath again....... yesterday was very stressful and emotional and and and.... thanks to mercy hospital. :( After talking with mercy staff and rose haven staff I figured out who was at fault, yes mercey of course. For not arranging the appropriate care to fit our needs. Kudos to Rose Haven for steping up to the plate instead of playing the blame game like mercy. Thank you for taking the initiative and working through the night fixing mercys mess. It was greatly appreciated. It was Rose Haven staff that worked through the night to make things right and took the time to correctly coordinate getting a room, air bed and staffing to make the transition easier on mom and doing it all in one big swoop. I would like to thank the Nursing staff, the CNAs whom helped us and Bonnie. Thank you for showing compassion, and restoring my faith in humanity. ☆☆☆☆☆ for kelly and her helpers getting us to a quieter room. For being a team player and working with hospice. ☆☆☆☆☆for lacey and helpers whom noticed me trying to sleep on chairs when doing their 130am checks. thank you for searching high and low going the extra mile and not giving up until you found a more suitable recliner chair for me to sleep on and keeping a good eye on mother so I could get some rest. ☆☆☆☆☆ for krista morning R.N. for noticing me falling apart and feeling broken and coming over with a loving warm heart and comforting me while lifting my spirits and let me know things will be okay and assuring me that arrangements were being made for us. Also for caring for my mother and making sure I was ok as well. You were the bandaide that mended me back together. Bonnie u were wonderful with all the updates and arranging the appropriate care when Mercy failed us. These wonderful women heard my crys and felt my pain and reassured me that itwould be okay. Ive always been a woman of great strengths, last night was the first time in many moons I felt like a lost scared child whom needed to be coddled by her mommy. These ladies treated me like family and gave me great comfort. When I needed it most. There were several others whom also helped and make this a better experience. My eyes are weighing heavy now so I need to rest and ill ttyl
