Finally, I got round to dealing with nominations - animal testing issues aside I opted not to go to ALS as it no longer seems to be the only charity now benefiting from the ice bucket challenge, and no specific charity was mentioned in my nominations so I have made my donation to The Sophie Lancaster Foundation - in turn I nominate everybody to continue to do their best to allocate some of their income to causes close to their hearts as often as possible, for various reasons not everybody feels able to go public with videos of them being drenched with cold water and should not feel pressured into doing anything that they are uncomfortable with - also there are many people who may feel excluded due to not having a social media presence.
