Finally, I wrote it! This is quite long guys. Sa 30+ na nagtag sakin sa challenge na to, here it is. #20FactsAboutMyself 1. Started going to kindergarten school at the age of three. The school principal won’t allow me at first because of my age until I glibly recited a Tagalog poem about a pineapple fruit. She was impressed. I got the admission. 2. Got drowned during a beach trip when I was in 2nd year college. The rescue unit told me I was beneath the water for three minutes already. Deprived with hope, they deemed me dead but a nursing student (who graduated from college the day after that incident) came for my rescue. Hanggang ngayon, my parents didn’t know about it. (PS: I saw the “white light” during that moment so I know the feeling of a near-death experience.) 3. Idolized Sarah Geronimo since she first joined the Star for a Night on TV. Also a fan of Meryl Streep, Julianne Moore, Naomi Watts, Jane Oineza, Miles Ocampo, and Alex Gonzaga (even though she has this tendency to be snob and maarte to her fans). 4. Does not eat chorizo, ampalaya, talong, raisins, kaong, crab, betamax, adidas, isol ng manok, hito, Penoy, humans, and all spicy foods. 5. Hates mango float very much. 6. Read all the Harry Potter books except the last Deathly Hallows book. I intentionally premeditated to read it on my 25th birthday and see if the book ending I picture every now and then will concur with the true ending by J.K. Rowling. My favourite authors are Sidney Sheldon, Paul Coelho and Nora Roberts. So far, my favourite books are “The Choice,” “THG: Catching Fire,” “The Help,” “12 Years a Slave,” “If I Stay,” and “The Godfather.” 7. Was a victim of a school stampede during the 1st grade. It left a scar on my face. Was also a survivor of a van accident during the 4th grade. It left a long scar in my head. 8. Has been a Monica and a Nicole in the past. 9. Infatuated with KZ Tandingan’s “Mahal Ko o Mahal Ako?” Every time I listen to it my life magically turns into a music video. 10. First love was the one who rescued me from drowning in #2. We were then in a relationship a few weeks after that drowning incident and it lasted for 1 year and 4 months. 11. Dislikes the notion of someone leaving. Makes me wanna cry and I dunno why. 12. Is a Cum Laude graduate of BS in Civil Engineering but loves communication- allied courses more. 13. Believes that love can be learned and is strongly in conflict with the statement “Don’t search for love; love will come searching for you. So if you’ll ask me that question in #9, I will choose the latter. 14. Lied in #5. 15. Has a compilation of original contemporary and vintage movie DVDs at home. My favourite vintage movies are “Gone with the Wind,” “The Sound of Music” and “It’s a Wonderful Life.” On a contemporary account, I so love “The Hours” and “Eternal Sunshine of a Spotless Mind.” Of all the movies I watched, my favourites are “American Beauty,” “The Shawshank Redemption,” and “The Artist.” 16. Was diagnosed with mild dementia at the age of 9 which the doctor said was an after-effect of what happened to me in #18 (don’t skip #17). Thank God I was given an early cure. Now I can remember things so well, but I wish I have that infirmity to overlook some of the memories that left so much pain in my heart. 17. Loved to walk on crowded hallways. Feels like I am in New York with people of different walks of life. Hunter Hayes can relate to me, lol. 18. Was a soccer player in primary school. When I was in the third grade, a student thought my cranium was the goalie net, so I got smacked in my head leaving me cataleptic for how many hours. Mom forbade me to join the soccer team again when I woke up. 19. Loves classical piano music very much that’s why I love the fifth favourite book I cited in #6. My preferred piece of music is Beethoven’s “Fur Elise.” I love country songs very much, predominantly songs by Kacey Musgraves, Joshua Radin, and Taylor Swift. My new favourite songs include “Not a Bad Thing” by J. Timberlake, “Rude” by Magic, and “Sing” by my favourite Ed Sheeran. But for me, no songs measure up to Jason Mraz’s “You and I Both,” Ed’s “U.N.I.” and Stephen Speaks’ “Out of my League.” 20. Had a hard time reminiscing those experiences I have enlisted above so it took me an hour and a half to make this list. Your time Jhong, Anshary, Josaiah, Carmillee, Alica, Danica, Mary Joy, Mia, Joshua and ItsAlj to make your own too. :)
