Finally! Italian amazement in the Basin! Ate with my daughter and friends at the Red Gravy in Roosevelt. Dining well worth the drive! With a relaxed yet tasteful atmosphere we were able to enjoy conversation while we waited with anticipation to try the cuisine. The servers were pleasant and attentive even though busy. Then came out a salad with a creamy vinegarette very tasty, not to mention I had to sneak a taste of my friends mushroom and Brie soup.. I have to admit my taste buds have been let down since leaving the Pacific Northwest but they sprung back to life. Next came my Chicken Fettichine Alfredo, this was the test,as many over do with butter, which fills you to quickly and is to rich, or its far to creamy or dry..gasp! Not so here, very pleasant and with each taste it got better. Perfect! I was extremely pleased with the whole experience and look forward to many more visits. I wish nothing but success for this business.
