SUBJECT: FREE BROADWAY BOMB. Now hear this! It is decreed: This year and every year after, The Broadway Bomb will always be on the 3rd Saturday in October. This way no one person will be responsible for it or have too much control. THE BROADWAY BOMB now and forever belongs to everyone, 3rd Saturday of October every year. Converge on 116th and Broadway at 12 Noon. The first rider to pass the bull at the start of Broadway wins. No Skitching If it’s rained out Saturday then the race will be on Sunday. If it rains Sunday then it will held the next Saturday then Sunday and so on.To prevent the threat of exploitation for personal gain, this race should always remain free of charge.By bringing equality to all participants I hope to bring back the sense of community which we seem to have lost.
