Finally RESCUED... After multiple sightings of a dog with a rope around their neck sleeping under cars and bolting through traffic, we were able to corner this girl in a yard today. After a lot of growling, slow movements, and turkey breast, I was able to touch and finally leash this little girl... From what I can tell she is a white and yellow lab/pit mix, likely only a year old. Her nails are filed down exposing nerves and she has quite a lot of markings and scars on her face, from what? We dont know. Shes now eaten, had a bath, and sleeping soundly on the sofa. Will be vetting tomorrow and update from there. This is a perfect example if how some humans have proven their lack of humanity. This poor girl was likely lassoed with that giant rope, tethered outside.
