Finally an evening to myself, a nite to relax and sleep and hopefully get these knees and lumbar feeling a bit less abused. Great week this time around, still playing catch up but OMG are we getting things done. 39 hours to myself and I might sleep through all of them haha. Being sick for two weeks (almost done now finally) took a toll on the mind and body thats for sure. Getting back into an effective and motivated routine definitely took a minute but it feels soooo good to finally sit back and say forget it, everyone waits their turn and BAM! Damn near through a list of to-do & overdue thats been...overdue haha. Decided that whatever WAS working with communication simply isnt anymore, were simply beyond that point and I think everyone agrees. So as it grows we grow and theres been some significant growth. We tell ourselves one thing and repeat it as this is the one factor that seems to get lost with such influx...humility, stay humble and remember where you came from. I also would like to mention a couple things to my peeps reading this.... Communication: This is something that needs to improve with growth or else we run into situations that can/will upset the consumer, well, you guys and gals that is. If you have a need to reach out to me, obviously you know how. If you have a need to reach out to us as a company then you can still do so through my channel but depending on requests I will then respond with the proper outlet for communications. Simply put, I am no superman nor do I want to be. WE, as in APM, are here to help you guys with whatever we can, however we can, WHEN we can. The when is obviously the most important and with the onslaught of messages, calls, pms, emails etc. there is simply no way of keeping up (literally the best problem to have as a business but needs immediate attention). What does that mean??? Upset, frustrated or feeling neglected as a client or potential client and that is the last thing we want. We didnt build up the stars and reviews by being pricks but rather by our own philosophy of how we want to be treated on that side of the counter. The years of experience definitely have a huge roll in it but as we see with whatever the scenario, things change on a daily basis. The theoretical seat Im front of my desk has been sat in by all of us no matter what side of the counter we sit at nowadays. So, to BETTER serve you guys Maciek and myself agree that we need to utilize the outlets we have which both of us can communicate and answer with when possible. That means a change or two will slowly start getting implement but it will only be for the better. You guys know me and know that I am a bit old-school when it comes to a shop experience and what you guys need/deserve as a client of ours. I simply want to make sure you guys are getting that at all times and with the amount of requests for APM services and parts we dont want to neglect or loose anyones faith simply because we couldnt respond or maintain fluid communication. Though Maciek is the real superman behind APM as the master mechanic, tuner, fabricator and all around bad-ass he too has an empathetic personality which is why we agree to this situation. Id like for people to continue reaching us with the simplest outlet but I too ask that you not forget about all the great ways to make sure your questions, requests or whatever make it to our eyes and keyboards. I am NOT the only one here though I am that guy up front which we all understand is the first line of communication. Cant built it overnight nor can we seize operations but we are making itineraries and marking off the calendar so even more of you guys will get calls or emails on Monday with how the schedules are looking. Now to the pics...wanna know what happens with an 80 pound pit that gets excited from a walking adventure... Kisses kisses kisses!!! It reminded me that its about that time for some dental stix lol.
