Finally at the Miami airport awaiting the return flight to NJ. Here is what I learned in the last 24 hours... 1. The Westin rules (I already knew this, but the one in Ft. Lauderdale is really nice)! 2. The new Chevy Impala is pretty freaking nice (rented it to return to the airport and I have to say...IMPRESSIVE)! 3. National Car Rental is SUPER convenient (like its a little ridiculous). 4. The car rental operation in Miami International Airport is the best Ive ever seen...anywhere (those of you who are still managing Enterprise branches...take note and step your game up...like seriously). 5. Concourse G (united airlines) at Miami Airport has no food options. This is quite inconvenient. Ah well! 6. My luggage scale sucks (lol...spent so much time this morning rearranging things between luggage and carry ons to try and make the 50 lb limit because my scale said our luggages were over. Finally got them down to 48 lbs each, but I have a 40 lb backpack on my back as a carry on. Get to the airport and both luggages weigh in at 36 lbs. ah well...Im getting my core training in with my home made ruck sack. Cant wait to get back and collect Falcor from his luxurious stay at the Green Leaf Pet Resort. We miss him :(
