Finally being revealed...Thank God!!!! This has been going on for years and Facilities keep it covered up and Blame the Nurses that get beat up!!!! They accuse Nurses of either inciting the incident or not following policy or not doing the right thing to diffuse the situation!!!! There actually is a Federal Law that protects healthcare workers BUT of course Healthcare Facilities continuously and always CHOOSE not to enforce it because Oh my Goodness...we would be held liable for OUR PATIENT AND EMPLOYEES SAFETY...WE CANT DO THAT!!! We are going to loose business!!! I have felt for years that eventually all this would come out and because there is such a blatant lack of caring for staff in hospitals it will definitely effect their business now because healthcare facilities are not the Safe Places they pretend to be!!!! Its the truth...and always remember we have Nurses who sell their colleagues out by implementing company policy at all cost so they can earn the big bucks thus violating their own professional oaths to serve and protect patients!!!! Keep the faith...Real Nurses will Rule in the end!!!! The occurrence shown in this video happens all the time and NOT just in PSYCH!!!!
