Finally found a really good neurologist. He wasted no time getting me in, got me on medication to reduce the swelling in my brain and sent me to see the vampires yesterday. Today I go see the great and powerful Oz to see if I have a brain!...brain and cervical mri/ct scan. At least the medication seems to be easing the headaches.Cant sleep...only about 4 hours sleep in over a week but Derek is making up for it. Hes sleeping enough for both of us. :/ (so much for resting and taking it easy) Oh well...at least nobody can say anything Sunday because I am NOT missing our annual concert with my baby girl! Hoping we can score some meet & Greets for OneRepublic! (We do have seats-not lawn so I can sit) Oh! with this doctor a lumbar puncture is a last resort! Whew! He really prefers not to do them BUT sometimes they have to be done. Crossing fingers Im not a but.
