Finally getting round to watching the Chouseishin series,which is a trilogy of Tokosatsu shows produced by Toho studios in association with Konami,these shows were created to rival and equal the success of Toei studios hugely popular franchises Kamen Rider and Super Sentai.The trilogy consists of the following shows,Chouseishin Gransazer(2003/2004),Genseishin Justirisers(2004/2005) and Chousei Kantai Sazer-X(2005/2006).If you love Kamen Rider and Super Sentai or are simply looking for some OTT Tokosatsu action you can,t go wrong here,awesome stuff,i,m also half way through Ultraseven the second Ultraman series and the third series in the Ultra franchise,considered to be the best Ultraman series and going by what i,ve watched i,d agree,everything just fits into place,a great mix of Tokosatsu action mixed in with the Twilight Zone/Outer Limits vibe of Ultra Q.
