Finally got round to watching Fed Up and very glad I did. Very informative, yet very sad doccie about the obesity epidemic. As a mom it was awful to see how babies, children and teenagers are exploited by the food & sugar industry. I dont think there is a simple solution but we can start by eating more real food, making better choices, and taking responsibility for what we put in our families bodies. Knowledge is power.
