Finally heard from the storage...imagine, they need more money. Hello Jennifer and Josh. I am catching up from a day off and have gotten the info regarding how your storage can be handled to close it out. To close the unit and allow you to move your belongings out by the end of August, we would have to have just over half of the current balance of $144.00 paid and then the remaining balance would be billed to you. This will allow us to move the unit out of the system and stop any future charges from adding onto the account once you have emptied the unit. And again this will allow you to keep your belongings and stop the further accumulation of the late fees and upcoming rent that would be due on September 1st if done before the end of August. John.
