Finally home! I think I have only been home a total of 6 days in the last month. I had the most wonderful adventures, and now I am very happy to be home. I didnt keep up with my daily self care rituals as well as I would have liked, so I am looking forward to getting back into my routine. Do you have any daily rituals that serve you? I would love to hear! Here are a few of mine: meditation, journaling, mirror work, 8 hours sleep, lots of water, bask in nature....
