Finally home after an amazing day at Cooley Avenue celebrating our 70th church anniversary. Over 330 in attendance this morning. Former pastors and their families, former ministers, church members, and friends made the day special. Thank you to everyone who played a role in making this day so special. Great service, Pastor Patrick Demuth did an unbelievable job on the memories video, worship was awesome as we took a walk down memory lane and did worship from 1940-current, Sister Kincaid, Charles and Shirley Noel, and Paul Jones did an amazing job, Wonderful presentation to the former pastors and their families, and Bishop William Isaacs preached a powerful word out of Joshua. Thanks to all the decorators (Jerri C, Merriam C, and Maria R.), thanks to Debbie Porter Wilfong and Kevin Wilfong and Heather Wilfong and Emilee Schultz for working so hard in the kitchen, and for Ron and Michelle Andrews and their ushers and greeters (you guys rock). I am blessed to be the pastor at Cooley Avenue
