Finally its the second 2nd. of november my Nephew is out, Rent agreement is up as of Today! Calling the office monday to change the locks and, my daughter and, i are going to ask for another apt this has caused emotional and, mentally has broke me down over this with him.- !! He has the Keys i dont want him through that door. No longer his room as of the said date been bellow really since he didnt pay as agreed plus breaking 3 three verbal agreement,he would pay!-? That room is been sealed off. The Office manager/ Property manager told me if she could help me 3 times i said it will be okay well..???Really pissed off big time know my whole family said he wasnt going to pay me and, hadnt only once since technically sept 5 he paid 120 because he stayed rent free i allowed because he said he owed his sister??so instead of paying like your suppose to ahead on the 4th he was always two weeks behind $120!! almost two months. So hes Piece of shit to and, a cheating little liar to do it to an Uncle when u wine we are family???The dirty ass room, mine is being cleaned literally and, the rest of the clothes he didnt get goes into the dumpsters were ??? Small Claims for all of it..! It doesnt f-in matter if youre on vacation with a broken neck you pay rent for your room house apt., dog kennel when its do.Thank God i dont trust people, i learned that along time ago been around business along time and, being around my Dad so many years, even if it on a napkin signed plus verbally you pay on that agreement up until!-? Nov 2, 2013 Mid-night !!! Stay out of my Face Back stabbing liar an Uncle. Oh well i will eat this from my family for allowing his even clothes out, He asked like a little lying puke come in to get a battery phone charger and, i allowed him to drag out two big boxes of tools he could barely move out the door!-? used his son to get in and, a phone charger!! My family doesnt even know this? As not till he paid or court first. I will hear i told you so for the next 7-8 weeks the amount of time i have waited for him to pay his rent and, not one dime.-! you do the Right things in this World..! you dont Cheat steal and, Lie to get it..!!! Its called real,Life!! If uts u call Family its turns into a new different type of Game. Final! Fini
