Finally long weekend is over, cant believe I used 2 days of leave for this..... Got up Friday morning and printed out some stuff I had worked on, went to the office to get a couple of signatures. Stopped by the union hall to drop stuff off, and then went to the State Officers Meeting. Audited the books on Friday, a nice dinner with great people. Lots of catch up talk and even more work steward talk, but a very enjoyable evening all in all. Room was freezing, once my feet got cold I was in trouble. But up the next morning found hot water and thawed out, then on to the 2nd meeting of the weekend. Started bright and early, took a break for lunch, and back at it conducting business. Finally done about 6 pm, stuck around to sign the last of the paperwork and say goodbyes. Then on the way home about 7:30. Up this morning early to put the dogs out (I missed them on Saturday, ok not really). Off to a Birthday Brunch with a bunch of great folks. Ate WAY too much, came home took a nap and watched the race, then the football game (really hate seeing my Vikings having such a bad season), into the puter room to finally get some stuff done. Typed up some documents that I wanted to get done and a minute (maybe more) playing a game. Guess its time to call it a night. Really cant figure out why I am looking forward to work tomorrow. :)
