Finally received my refund for the alleged "pet taxi" through Pet Pro Services. Dude got a little snippy with me before it was all over with but do I care? Nope! Business is business and let me add that his attempts at trying to intimidate me were almost a joke. My purpose (per the advice of Paypal and my card company) was to have a paper trail in case there were any problems with the refund. I accomplished what I set out to accomplish and just because I could, I sent Dude a lovely little email this morning. I am sure he is going to love what I had to say. So to all of you out there who might be looking for pet transport or other pet services, stay away from Mark at Pet Pro Services. The website is petproservices.
