Finally sat down and read my second article for my comp 1 summary, and I must say this man, kenneth stewart, was more precise and acurrate about todays millenials than I have ever heard a teacher describe before. The laziness and effortless attempts in school by todays students is baffling. The school system is pretty much handing 90% of their students their high school Diplomas. Its sad, and like many students in Professor Stewarts psychology class, they will all fail because they dont set their standards to that in which they can achieve once college arrives. Classes should be harder, students should be expected to do more work on their own, and they should be expected to do it on time, no changed due dates, or passes. School systems are the biggest problem we have with todays students. In my opinion, the school system does nothing but dumb down kids to meet the bare minimum. And in life, you will only do the bare minimum.
