Finally sitting down to my computer this afternoon to check in with everyone after returning from our beautiful Caribbean Vacation. Although words cannot describe the amazing experience we had, I have to say that this message just really kicked off my week with a HUGE smile and tears of joy because THIS IS WHY I AM A COACH ..... this husband & wife made a commitment 4 weeks ago & I am so so proud of them..... Hey Lisa, Hope you and Stace had a great time on your trip. This pics sure seem to indicate that you did!!! Well, its been 4 weeks since we started our health journey and both of us are pretty blown away by the results. Im down 19.9 lbs and 21 inches while he is down 15.4 lbs and 13 1/4 inches. Both of us have gone down at least one size in pants and I think it will soon be 2 sizes. In fact, I already bought the next smaller size so Im ready when it happens. We cant thank you enough for helping us get started. And to think of all the days and weeks we wasted!! As you said earlier, you have to take advantage of opportunities when they come your way!
