Finally, thanks to Netflix stream, Im getting a chance to watch House. After 5 episodes so far so good. The formula is pretty obvious - sick person comes in, difficult to diagnose, they try one treatment plan and almost kill the patient. They consult (buzzbuzzbuzz) and come up with another diagnosis. The patient almost dies again - more buzzbuzzbuzz. Finally Dr. House buys a blueberry muffin or something, makes a weird connection, has a flash and no more buzzbuzzbuzz because he solves the case. Every episode is more or less put together the same. I like Hugh Laurie a lot. To play as anti-social a character as House and not make us hate him, or see the acting going on, is a hell of a trick, and so far hes very good. I cant picture another actor doing as well.
