Finally watched The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies with the #HHFamz tonight. After all the anticipation and my high expectations - Im sad (ok depressed) that it is all over but satisfied nonetheless with what this third & final EPIC instalment delivered. It was spesh to watch it in NZ as Peter Jackson & crew put together a Thank You NZ package before the movie commenced highlighting the bonds, friendships of all involved with the LOTR & The Hobbit trilogies as well as paying tribute to the amazing backdrop provided by this piece of heaven on earth & home to Middle-earth: New Zealand. Even hardcore J.R.R Tolkien book fans have to admit that Peter Jackson delivered more than anyone could have dreamed to bring these much loved fantasy/adventure books to the big screen. Thank you J.R.R Tolkien, thank you Peter Jackson, thank you New Zealand & thank you family for being great company tonight.
