Finallyyyyyyyyyyyy DONE ✔. That was intense. Im feel like i just did 2 hours at the gym. What i did is below: 10 mountain climbers (fast) 5 push-ups 10 single leg raises (alternating) 20 sets in total. I took a 2 minute break in between the first 10 sets and the last 10.
