Finance & Accounting Manager – Company Confidential Finance & Accounting Manager – Company Confidential Company Overview Finance & Accounting Manager Job Description Job Responsibilities: Check company expense to its valid supporting documents, including comparing the expense to the budget prior to approval being granted. Secure all the weekly payment is made timely and in proper modes. Ensure filling of the company accountable and tax document/ correspondence is prepared the right way. Perform monthly closing process. Develop, review and present monthly standard entity level statutory and management reports and other reporting needed Ensure all accounting recognition is supported by proper document and the filling is done right Ensure tax base reconciliation is produced on a monthly base Manage annual budget and rolling forecast and measure against actual outcomes and provide financial and variance analysis and explanations on a monthly base. Develop and review account receivable and payable aging reports and oversee the timely collections and small town. Job requirements: Female/Male, max 40 years old Min. Bachelor degree graduate in Accounting Have min. 3 years experience to handle accounting, taxation and finance, AR and AP in managerial level Experience in working from a travel agent or Airlines Company is an advantage MUST be excellent to operate Ms. Excel and understand complex excel formula, such as sumif, vlookup, hlookup, etc. Eloquence in English is a MUST Have Brevet A & B certificate training above year 2011.
