Do you have advanced skills with Microsoft suite In this position you will be assisting to preserve & enhance the company presence & assist the CEO to actively lead the direction & growth of the organisation. Executive Support Responsibilities Coordinate the day to day operations of our organisation Organise & coordinator all travel & excursion requirements Preparation for, participating in & recording meetings & workshops Supervise Administration staff, monitor & oversee clerical duties Liaise & communicate with all stakeholders including people with disabilities & their families, government departments, staff, contractors & other service providers Contribution to the organisations quality improvement process Manage all office systems & processes e.g. filing, archiving, data entry, resources etc. Manage all systems, processes & documentation to meet annual audit requirements Assist Management Committee as required Ensure that all deadlines are met Organise & maintain maintenance for all worksites & equipment Organise & maintain all IT requirements for all worksites & equipment Coordinate the continuous improvement of our web based management systems including testing, implementation & training Collation & reporting of monthly statistics for all funding agreements Coordination of special projects as required Management, mentoring & training of all Administration Staff & extended management team Approval & reconciliation of resources & expenditure Financial Support Responsibilities Proven experience using QuickBooks with classes Monthly reconciliation of expenses Account Receivable - Invoicing Accounts Payable End of month activities including bank reconciliations, petty cash & statistics Staff reimbursements for expenses End of month preparation Maintain contractor agreements Establish remote working relation with Accountant & auditor Skills & Experience Proven experience in similar roles with finance & executive assistant responsibilities Demonstrated management capabilities Advanced organisation & analytical skills Highly developed interpersonal skills Working with in a large team in a compact, dynamic & fast paced environment Professional presentation & takes great pride in the quality of work produced Experience within the disability sector an advantage but not essential Benefits & Culture For your dedication to this position & the commitment to provide a person centred service, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary package, excellent learning & development opportunities whilst joining a high performing & supporting an inspirational CEO & management team committed to upholding a high performance culture.
