Financial Manager Financial Manager for Large Construction Group based in Heliopolis. The position will be directly reporting to The Chairman. (URGENTLY) . Key Roles and Responsibilities: • Monitor cash balances and requirements • Prepare and present 13 week cash flow forecast • Prepare Board documents • Prepare cash analytics required by investors and management • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes including developing financial targets • Manage planning and forecasting processes, define deliverable, timing, processes • Develop and implement financial forecasting models to predict operating results • Implement financial forecasting and planning tools as needed to improve planning results • Coordinate internal reporting and development of management reporting and analysis of the Companys financial and operating performance. • Administering the In House payroll process including certified payroll, prevailing wage determinations and payroll liabilities. Prepare and file quarterly and annual payroll reporting. • Undertaking research into pricing, competitors and factors affecting performance • Controlling income, cash flow and expenditure • Managing budgets • developing and managing financial systems/models • carrying out business modeling and risk assessments • Supervising staff. • Liaising with managerial staff and other colleagues. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting • Minimum of 5 years of cash management and forecasting and planning experience • Strong basis in the construction accounting discipline • Multi location experience • Operated within a highly leveraged capital structure • Experience in a private equity setting • Construction Industry experience ( is a must ) Interested candidate kindly send your CV with recent photo to: hr@elnasrgroup and mention (Financial Manager) in the line subject.
