Find a dark comfortable space. If you have headphones, use them. If not, it matters not. Breath deeply through your nose, filling your diaphragm. Slowly and silently release your breath. Do this several times as you listen to the sounds of the bowls and then just let the sounds take you where they take you. If the mind begins thinking, release the thoughts, and go back to the vibrational sounds being released by the bowls. Peace to you as you release into joy. :-)
