This one is NOT for individuals this is a Federal - Presidential Disaster Declaration for 19 Counties- Appanoose, Cedar, Clinton, Davis, Decatur, Des Moines, Iowa, Johnson, Keokuk, Lee, Lucas, Marion, Monroe, Muscatine, RINGGOLD,VanBuren, Wapello, Warren, Wayne. Also these Counties are also eligible to apply for Hazard Mitigation Grant Program Assistance. This is the grant where we applied and got the funding for our Bath House/ Safe Room facility.
