Find some me time today. Regardless of our ages, chances are great, weve given much of our past weeks to others. Forty plus hours at work, obligations to our children, errands and jobs for our families, helping our friends, and a host of other things that kept us running around like a hamster on a wheel this week. This Sunday Im hopeful we can find an hour or two of me time. Time to reevaluate goals, give thanks for the gifts we have, and get excited about the many choices we have this upcoming week. Its healthy, not selfish, to step back and fill our own backpacks for the journey ahead. Enjoy a little me time today. Lovem all.
