Find your way to give a little love every day. Dont save it all for Christmas Day. I dont listen to a lot of Christmas music. It just all becomes so repetitive to me, and I get my fill quickly in all of the stores. Ill always enjoy the classics, i.e. Bing Crosby, Mariah Carey (yes I consider her Christmas album to be classic), and arguably the greatest female vocalist out there (so my family says), Celine Dion. This song is probably my favorite off of my favorite Christmas album. Im blessed with more than I could ever ask for--the best family and friends imaginable in a world falling apart, a good loving dog (despite how my father feels about him), wonderful health, and being blessed enough to live in the land of the free. But I think about how some arent so blessed; some dread the holidays because it brings so many painful memories of those they have lost and reminders of loneliness, they cant afford the simplest of presents for those dearest to them, etc. Im a little late in this post as it is Christmas Eve, but throughout the rest of the holidays, please remember those needing your love--the love Christ has for them and can be shown through you.
