Finding martial arts in L.A more specifically Thai boxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu has been amazing. Its been a great outlet as well as great source of reference to take lessons learnt outside of the gym and apply them to my training, as well as lessons learnt inside of the gym and apply there philosophies to my work and life. If your in L.A I highly recommend 5 Star Martial Arts - Los Angeles if not any Renzo Gracie gym seems to be great but give martial arts a try regardless I think youll find it a great addition to your lifestyle. As you can see Im having allot of fun.
