Finding the true voice of carefree thoughts Basking in the glow of an inner peace Happiness takes hold quieting turmoil Laying upon the victory of self-acceptance Knowing whom I want to become No longer needing to be anyone but myself Not knowing where it came from or why Soaring on the wings of a power that is unexplainable For once not fighting against change nor fearing it Neither looking behind nor living a life time in a moment Finding comfort in all things I let go to become what they are meant to be Leaving all behind that used to bring nothing but confusion At home in the skin that once was foreign to be with in Dreams return anything could come to be At ease looking forward to entering the darkness that used to hold only punishment Riding on the crest of unlimited possibility Equilibrium achieved freedom to just be Loving just to love Caring just to care Humanity embraced living never to hide again I am more than flesh I am real
