Fine Gaels Hubert Keaney received 100 of Donal Gilroys votes, - TopicsExpress

Fine Gaels Hubert Keaney received 100 of Donal Gilroys votes, pushing him past his colleague Thomas Collery. The difference between the two is 41 and it is unlikely that OGradys surplus will be enough for Collery to close that gap, meaning he will be the next eliminated. If this is the case then Collerys transfers will likely push Keaney beyond Labours Jim McGarry (Currently third-lowest votes) meaning that Fine Gael will claim the last seat of the 10 in this electoral area and there will be no Labour councillors in the new Sligo County Council.
