Finished!!, My 1985 HONDA ATC 430X Summer 2014 Upgrade Project, new Stainless steel oil filter, front forks rebuilt by ESP new Race Tech emulator springs, dust seal, inner and outer bushings and fork oil, 2 new Honda 350d TRX 35 watt SUPER WHITE XENON headlight bulbs ( 5 watts more than stock), 2 new Moose utility 501b front shock mud dust covers, new black Tethered Kill switch, self designed Heavy Duty frame Gusset kit, new OMF 9x9 Bead Lock rims, two new 20x11x9 Ambush tires, new modified 2014 YZF 450r foot pegs, custom 6 coil racing rear shock (painted spring), new HEL red translucent stainless steel braided front and rear brake lines, new modified BMW upper front brake cable rubber boot, new Scotts motocross grips, new heavy duty +4” Dura Blue axle, 2 new OEM HONDA rear rubber seat frame mounts, modified HONDA Trx400ex exhaust Header pipe w/ black header wrap, new PRM Products rear swing arm skid plate, new PRM Products engine skid plate w/ modified engine rubber bumpers, new K&N air filter wrap, new hardened steel foot pedal guards for shifter and brake pedal by me, paint (Flat Black, Rustolieum truck liner paint and Apple red), replaced leaking OEM brake fluid reservoir w/ 2002 Ducati 748 brake fluid reservoir, heli arc welded broken right side lower engine case that started all of this…. All work, modifications, paint, polishing, repairs, welding and fabrication done by me…. Previous Mods, Honda TRX430x motor. Very Fast. Engine build and Head Ported by VPS (son won a Pro-am National Championship in 98 with similiar built motor in a 250r chassis). Has TC Racing cam, piston, lightened flywheel, hardened rocker arms, titanium valves, and other engine mods I’d rather not mention, Renthal handle bars w/ Azonic cross bar cushion, custom tool box and wheely bar, +2 extended swing arm, dual oil coolers, Daystar 58 series black fork boots, 14 tooth front sprocket, renthal heavy duty o-ring chain, custom chain roller, rebuilt rear end, Mikuni 38 mm slide carberator, K&N filter, modified air box, twist throttle, Maier plastic red desert gas tank, Frame painted flat black, black seat cover, black motocross hand guards, Wings BLK front tire, black shorty brake and clutch levers, Black oversized gas tank shrouds and a couple of things I’ll keep to myself……
