Finished fat class today, after almost six months of enduring exercise in the class, the instructor who is a great person actually hugged everyone and cried. It was great. The whole class gave her a gift basket, and she fell apart kind of. But looking forward to next journey in my life and hoping to continue to have great friends from the class. Trying to get rid of the negative people in my life and it gets harder and harder. I have no compassion for this one person who is letting her aliments bring her down to not wanting to live any longer and I cannot take it anymore. I feel like the compassion for her is gone and done with it. I hope I am being to cynical but I am so done with her. Get over herself and now she claims to have lost her rent money, I cannot help her at all. What do you do? My journey will not stop because of the negativity that steps in, its just he devil trying to take me down. It wont happen. Love everyone and try to help them but I can only the ones that want to help themselves first.
