Finished my 5th set of #Squats with 225lbs X 10 It was tough. I had to really mentally prepare myself today. If my focus, and mind is not into my training, I usually have a bad workout. I feel Im getting stronger, and thats my goal. I want to be able to do heavier weight for higher reps. Not just high weight for 1-5 reps! I dont believe in that. I also have a great Coach @dieselboy72 that pushes me when Im down, and keeps me focused, during training!! #legday #lorrainehaddad #explodeyourbooty #goals
