Finished my first week on the new strength & nutrition program. Weight one week ago ... 256.2. Weight this morning 248.8. Thats moving in the right direction. I expect most of that is shock from a rather dramatic change in eating habits ... but the workouts are kicking my butt. I expect Ill settle down into a 1-2 lbs per week weight loss once my body adapts to the new diet and exercises. Goal is to drop another 20 between now and May when I head off to Fiji. Biggest challenge is gonna be finding recipes thatll fit into the plan ... that and all the time and thought that goes into preparing meals. Actually, the food choices are better than I thought they would be and Im definitely not going hungry. So far Im liking it ... :) ... Bob
