Finished off my leg & butt workout with hip thrusts 4 x 20 reps. Before these I did 4 sets of 12 40kg slow controlled squats, then leg press wide leg position x 12 then straight into narrow leg position x 12 and did them 4 times. I WAS planning on doing 4 sets of 20 weighted lunges but I feel sick and really dizzy so I decided to skip them.
