Finished the fence up today! I have been building new fence on one side of a pasture that we are planning on using as a place to graze steers and young heifers. It was a pleasure to open the gate and allow a few cattle out on fresh ground. That pasture was not grazed this summer and it still has a lot of green down below the winterkill. They acted like they had hit the lotto. They would graze a bit, then kick their heels up to celebrate, then graze again. Good stuff! Youre welcome ladies.
