Finishing second week of prep. Cravings slowly starting. Early cardio slowly starting to get easier at wake up time. Have literally forced myself to go to bed earlier than usual as this time I am not pushing myself to function on 3 -5 hours of sleep. Yes, I am guilty of charge and my body has been so kind to work this way for a long time. Training, what can I say. Stronger than ever, I love lifting weights, my body was meant to do this. It is like a match made in heaven. Always sticking to basics and trusting the process. Having a great coach by my side is a plus. You always have to pick the right team to bring the best of you to be successful. Here it goes to another week.... And cheers with a glass ... Full of water haha!
