Fiona Mactaggart, Labour Member of Parliament for Slough, came to visit the headquarters of QA Apprenticeships in February 2012. She met classes of QA Apprentices, and learned about what they do in their QA training weeks. She also met a number of Slough employers. Its an exciting time, not just for apprenticeships in London, but for apprenticeships uk-wide. QA are the leading apprenticeships provider and are rated OUTSTANDING by Ofsted. Its in the best interests of all of us that young people are made more aware of the viability of IT apprenticeships rather than simply choosing uni or a dead-end job, and its great that politicians are backing us up.
