Fire Truck shaped crayons were made in art class as a reward for every MSES student for their participation in the Fire Safety Contest hosted by our local Fire Department. Because so few kids can be awarded a prize, Mrs. Dunlap wanted to make sure every student was acknowledge for their hard work in the contest. We created crayons made from recycled crayons, by melting them down and pouring the wax into firetruck molds.
