Fire: [fahyuhr] -noun- A state, process, or instance of combustion in which fuel or other material is ignited and combined with oxygen, giving off light, heat, and flame. Do you have it? Hm? Is it burning inside you? Does it gnaw at your heart and mind incessantly during every waking hour and color your dreams as you sleep? The fire I feel. The fire that consumes my every living moment is in the passion of my Calling. My art. My Creations. My Children. The Beauty I manifest with tender touches of brushes and pencil. It and only it bring solace to the make believe self appointed urgencies that ravage my mind. I am bade stillness and reflective contentment in those ethereal moments of calling and coaxing the imagery from the canvas with the gentlest of finger tips and the most sensitive of loving eyes.... I have, in every picture, each and all, born children. Tended to them. Mothered and Fathered them. Sired from my heart. Only to cruelly set them free into a world of scrutiny and judgment hoping and wanting nothing more and nothing less than their acceptance and mass aplomb.... This......this is fire. This is what you must feel when you seek out your passions to the very brink and point at which they not only consume you.......they define you. Fire...........do you have it?
