First Down Dip Yield: 10 servings Prep Time: 15 min Cook Time: 15 min This is a great dip for hanging out and watching sports with friends. We like it fresh out of the oven... hot and bubbly and served with blue corn tortilla chips. Ingredients: 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, at room temperature 1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 cup chopped green onions 1/2 cup diced tomatoes 1 Tablespoon sour cream 1 1/2 cups diced, cooked chicken 1 (15-ounce) can black beans, rinsed & drained 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh basil tabasco to taste seasoned salt to taste 1 cup Colby-Jack mixed grated cheese tortilla chips for dunking Directions: In a large bowl, soften cream cheese by beating until smooth with an electric mixer. Add next 7 ingredients (through basil) and stir by hand until combined. Add tabasco and seasoned salt until you reach desired taste. Scoop into serving dish and top with grated cheese; serve with chips. Tips: *If you would like to serve this dip hot, arrange ingredients in an oven safe dish and bake at 350 degrees until cheese is brown and bubbly (about 13 minutes). Source: RecipeGirl
