First Electric crews have restored power to more than 3,000 members as of 4:40 p.m. Approximately 6,500 members remain without power, with the majority located in Lonoke, Pulaski and Prairie counties. Crews are working to isolate the problem affecting the Cabot South and Nelson substations. Estimated time of restoration for these outages is 7:30 p.m. We will let you know as soon as possible if that estimate has to be extended. To report an outage, members need to call 888-827-3322.
