First False alarm on the Lifeline tonight. I am upstairs -- Mom is downstairs watching her TV. Sally sends me a message saying that she just got a call from Lifeline -- saying they couldnt reach mom -- and she has pushed the button!! So - I rush downstairs, mom is fine!!! TV is so friggin loud ---- on #35 on the TV (only goes to 40) -- and Mom was in the kitchen. Couldnt hear when they spoke over the speaker to her -- they called, and mom couldnt hear the phone ringing!! They say they tried to call me, but my phone was right beside me - and it was on!! Anyway, Mom is fine!!! the lifeline people did finally call mom again, and Mom answered. they verified she is OK. And, reset the machine!! Well, at least we now know it works -- and my heart is pumping really good now - after that!!! Thanks Sally for checking -- and so glad you didnt drive over here!!! hahaha -- Good test of the system, huh???
